Sticky Brown Butter Toffee Pudding Rolls

a dozen of soft and pillowy rolls (date-free!) filled with a toffee cinnamon mixture with a coating of toffee sauce on the top and bottom and a finish of brown butter vanilla frosting (imitating a pudding-like texture!)
